Emily Willette
Emily Willette has been teaching for Burlington School District since 2011. In addition to general music, she has also taught visual arts and technology integration.
Ms. Willette is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Music Education. At UVM, she studied piano with Sylvia Parker and low brass with Dr. C. Robert Wigness.
Emily lives in the Old North End of Burlington and In her spare time enjoys gardening, abstract mixed-media painting, and playing piano.
Danielle Hurley
Danielle Hurley has been an educator since 2007 and recently started as Flynn's part-time music teacher. She has taught PreK-12 in many locations throughout Vermont, New York, and California.
Danielle attended Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree in both Music Education and Music Therapy with a minor in psychology. Danielle practiced music therapy in Phoenix, AZ before moving back to Vermont and falling in love with teaching.
Danielle lives in South Hero with her husband and two daughters. She loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, yoga, pilates, baking, and making music.
